WHAT IS OMEGA-CARNITINE?
OMEGA-CARNITINE is a dietary supplement that uniquely combines omega-6 fatty acids, omega-3 fatty acids and L-carnitine to improve heart and blood vessels function.

WHAT ARE OMEGA-6 FATTY ACIDS?
Omega-6 fatty acids are present in corn oil, sunflower oil, flaxseed oil, safflower oil. Representative of these acids is linoleic acid which can not be synthesized in the body, but must be consumed. From linoleic acid, an arachidonic acid is formed which represents the structural component of cell membranes, and is also a substrate for the formation of certain inflammatory (prostaglandin E2, thromboxane A2, leukotriene B4) and antiinflammatory (prostacyclin, lipoxin A4, EETS (epoxyeicosatrienoic acids)) compounds. For optimal functioning of body and cardiovascular system, it is necessary to properly maintain the relationship of omega-6/omega-3 fatty acids.

WHAT ARE OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS?
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids (eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acid) most prevalent in the northern sea fish: salmon, cod, tuna ... The body cannot synthesize essential fatty acids, that’s why they have to be consumed.

WHAT IS L-CARNITINE?
L-Carnitine is a derivative of the amino acid lysine, which carries long-chain fatty acids from the cell cytoplasm to the mitochondria where β-oxidation and energy production takes place. It is necessary for creating energy and active metabolism. Its highest concentration is present in the cells of the heart muscle and skeletal muscle cells where fatty acid oxidation represents the main source of energy.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF OMEGA-3 FATTY ACIDS DEFICIENCY?• Poor blood circulation
• Heart problems
• Mood swings
• Tingling hands and feet
• Poor memory
• Fatigue
• Dry skin

However, much more important are changes that are occurring within the body due to lack of these acids, particularly the progression of the atherosclerotic process (which may be totally asymptomatic), thus increasing the risk of stroke and heart attack.

WHY OMEGA-CARNITINE?
• reduces the level of "bad" LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, and affects the increase of "good" HDL cholesterol level
• has a significant role in lowering blood pressure
• decreases the risk of heart attack and stroke
• relieves symptoms of poor blood supply
• reduces inflammation in the body
• product components act synergistically (ie, their combined effect is much greater than the sum of their individual effects)
